Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh
Built by Woodvale Construction Company, this project was for the new-build construction, refurbishment and fit-out of the 4* Silverbirch Hotel in Omagh, County Tyrone. The programme of works included for the construction of 64 new bedrooms, including:
- 27 X Standard Twin rooms
- 13 x Superior Double rooms
- 18 x Club rooms
- 4 x Family rooms
- 2 x Executive rooms
- Disabled rooms
A new reception area was also constructed, including a link corridor and a stylish and contemporary Business Centre and Conference facility.
Key Features:
- The hotel and its facilities remained operational throughout
- This works had to be phased in order to minimise the impact of the works upon the guests and the daily operation of the hotel
- This was achieved through a practiced, planned, programmed, sympathetic, flexible and considerate approach adopted by Woodvale Construction Company
- We achieved a smooth, zero-snag handover
