The works consists of the demolition of the existing single storey porch and rear sacristy, construction of new single storey sacristy, refurbishment of existing church including replacement of existing ground floor, roof finishes, repairs to stonework windows and roof structure, new internal finishes new mechanical and electrical services. Site works include new paving around church, adjustments to existing services, new retaining walls and gates. New drainage including treatment plant. All in close proximity to the existing graveyard.
