Holy Evangelists’ Primary School
This Design and Build project has been delivered in two phases
Phase I has been completed in May 2021. The building has been handed over and the school have occupied the new school building
Phase I Key Features
- 21 Classroom school building, offices and storerooms
- School Meals Accommodation
- Playground and soft surface play area
- Multipurpose Hall
- Calming central courtyard
- Aesthetic zinc panel windows surrounds
- Site works include landscaping, fencing, kerbing and paving
The phase ii is progressing onsite and is scheduled to be completed Autumn 2021
Phase ii Key Features
- Nursery Building
- Refurbishment of the MUGA pitch, play space and car park
- Demolition of former school building
- A new vehicular access road off including dedicated pedestrian route
This project has been constructed to BREEAM Excellent accreditation

I would highly recommend Woodvale for building a school setting, as they are clued in as to how a school operates, they get the challenges a school can face if living so close to a building site, but most importantly for me as the principal, they included me and worked with me for the betterment of the project and for this I will always be grateful.
I wish them all the best of luck in future projects, in truth I’ll be sad to see the last Woodvale van vacating our site when the grounds work is completed.
