Project Handover – Former Hilden Primary School, Lisburn
We’re thrilled to have completed the refurbishment of the former Hilden Primary School in Lisburn for Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, with The Boyd Partnership as Architect.
This £1.5m project has transformed the 1913 listed building into a childcare facility and café, preserving its historic features while creating a vibrant space for the local community. Key works included structural repairs, dry rot treatment, boundary restoration, and new M&E installations.
Thank you to our team, supply chain partners, and everyone involved in restoring this landmark building to the highest standard.
