Project Completion – Mallon Foods, Phase 2, office and amenity buildings project

We are pleased to mark the successful completion of the Arthur Mallon Foods, Phase 2, office and amenity buildings project. The facility is high-quality and modern, supporting operational efficiency and the highest standards of food hygiene in a live food production environment.
This phase included a new open-plan office area with dedicated meeting space, alongside a purpose-built mini production test-line constructed to food-grade specification. We’ve delivered a fully equipped display and working kitchen to support live demonstrations and product showcasing for prospective clients.
A strong focus was placed on staff welfare and hygiene, with enhanced office facilities, new changing facilities, controlled access routes to production areas, and enhanced operational flow through the addition of an external goods lift.
In addition, road entrance improvement works, upgraded car parking, and the provision of electric vehicle charging infrastructure were completed, improving access and supporting sustainable travel.
This project reflects a collaborative approach between the client and the contractor, delivering a facility that meets operational requirements while supporting staff well-being.
