Stranmillis Refectory – new contract

Woodvale have been awarded the contract for the reconfiguration, refurbishment and fit out of the new Stranmillis College Refectory.

This project will involve demolition, structural work and a bespoke high quality refectory fit out on the floor below the existing cafeteria which will continue to function as normal during construction.

The provision of a new external lift will provide accessibility to all 3 levels of the building.

Enabling works involve the reconfiguration of existing buildings in the Stranmillis Campus to provide a decant space for the Laundry and Stores which presently occupy the basement area.
