Woodvale’s Fit Out Division has been appointed to convert a commercial unit into an apartment in the busy town centre of Omagh.

The scheme will also involve upgrading the existing three apartments to current fire regulations and the installation of a new central heating system to existing apartments.

The mechanical contract will be completed by Woodvale’s sister company Scott & Ewing Limited.
