Gary Gardner Memorial Shield
We’re proud to share that Ciaran Bothwell has been voted by the team as the first-ever recipient of the Gary Gardner Memorial Shield.
This award was created in memory of our colleague and friend, Gary Gardner, to recognise those who go above and beyond in promoting health and safety across Woodvale.
Ciaran was chosen for his proactive approach, innovative thinking, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards on site. His leadership and attention to detail make him a great example to others – a fitting tribute to Gary, who continues to set the standard for our HSEQ team and company culture.
Thanks to everyone who took part in the poll and helped make this a special way to remember Gary.
We are grateful that Mrs Sarah Gardner was able to present the shield to Ciaran.
Congratulations Ciaran!
