Woodvale Construction Company Ltd have a dedicated Facilities Management Services division which has been specifically structured to provide high quality services in all areas of maintenance, repair and refurbishment, in Northern Ireland.

Facilities Management Designed projects have included roof replacement works, window upgrade installations, internal refurbishments, traffic management schemes, site enabling works and fire risk projects.

The division has a design team to ensure planning applications are submitted, works are co-ordinated with our supply chain and our client in order that the works can be delivered to site as quickly as possible, safely and in a manner, that will provide the minimal disruption to the operation of the building occupiers.

Facilities Management Service Division are experience in Asbestos Management in the form of carrying out surveys and removal works.

Due to the nature of Maintenance projects the Facilities Management Service Division are flexible in the delivery of works, completing works outside normal working hours, when required, in order to remove the health and safety risk associated with such works. Equally, our Access NI accredited team can work dynamically in live environments in order to facilitate business as usual for our Clients.
