Contract Award – Mary Queen of Peace

We’re delighted to share that Woodvale Construction Company has been appointed as Main Contractor to deliver the new Mary Queen of Peace Primary School, Martinstown for our client the Education Authority (Northern Ireland), designed by Hamilton Architects.
Construction is set to commence in March 2026, with completion scheduled by summer 2027.
This purpose-built facility will bring together St Mary’s of Cargan and Glenravel Primary School, Martinstown, creating a modern, high-quality learning environment for up to 250 pupils and staff. The development will include nine classrooms, a multi-purpose hall, kitchen, staff accommodation and dedicated resource areas designed to support contemporary education.

We look forward to working collaboratively with all project partners RPS Tetra Tech, Bennett Freehill, esc construction consultants to deliver this important scheme for the Martinstown community and leave a lasting legacy.
