Contract Award – Edendork Primary School

We’re delighted to share that Woodvale Construction Company has been appointed as Main Contractor to deliver the new Edendork Primary School, located on Coalisland Road, Dungannon, for our client, the Education Authority (Northern Ireland). The project has been designed by Hamilton Architects.
Construction is set to commence in May 2026, with completion scheduled for autumn 2027.
This purpose-built facility will comprise a new single-storey, eleven-classroom primary school, providing modern, high-quality learning environments for pupils and staff.
We look forward to working collaboratively with all project partners, including RPS, Tetra Tech, Bennett Freehill, and esc construction consultants, to successfully deliver this important project for the Coalisland and Dungannon community.
