Congratulations to our Chairman and Founder, Desmond Scott MBE

We are delighted to congratulate Mr Desmond Scott, Founder and Chairman of Woodvale Construction Company, on being awarded Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to construction in Northern Ireland and his contribution to the Tyrone community.

Desmond commented, “I am very humbled by this award. It is not a singular honour, but one that belongs to the whole team who have contributed to the company’s success over the last 50 years. Construction has been a lifelong passion, and I would like to thank the person or persons who nominated me.”

We are all delighted to see Desmond recognised for his hard work in shaping Woodvale into the award-winning company it is today, and for his continued support of the local community. A fitting recognition of his lifelong commitment to the construction industry.
