🚧 Apprenticeship Week | Celebrating Future Construction Leaders 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

As part of Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud of all our apprentices across the business, and this week we’re shining a spotlight on Kerri and Ross on the Strule Shared Education Campus project.
Our apprentices play an important role on site, gaining hands-on experience while building the skills and confidence needed to progress within the construction industry.
🎓 Ross Bogue has successfully completed his Higher Level Apprenticeship and has progressed to the BSc (Hons) Construction Engineering and Management (Top-Up) at Ulster University.
Ross shared:
“This placement has allowed me to gain practical site engineering experience and apply what I learn through my studies directly to live construction projects.”
🎓 Kerri Mc Crystal also shared her experience:
“Working on site has helped me develop my confidence, practical skills and understanding of how construction projects are delivered day to day.”
👏 A huge well done to Ross and Kerri for their commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism — a real credit to the project team.
