Due to continued growth and contract awards, Woodvale Construction FM seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Based in Omagh, working closely with a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, using the MTC Schedule of Rates.
Responsibilities:
â–ª Providing estimates and cost plans, preparation of final accounts
â–ª Managing subcontractor packages from appointment to final account
â–ª Measuring completed work on-site
â–ª Monthly valuations, cost variations and client project progress meetings
▪ Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities
Criteria
â–ª Degree Qualified in BSc Hons Quantity Surveying / HND / HNC or other relevant discipline
▪ 3+ years’ experience, ideally in a similar role but not essential
▪ A full driver’s licence
â–ª Able to work effectively with a team and have strong technical, negotiation and communication skills.
â–ª IT literate with knowledge of the Microsoft suite
â–ª Good time management skills
â–ª Deadline-driven with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
