This week, our site team at Hilden marked Men’s Health Week with a focused Mental Health Awareness Toolbox Talk, delivered by Nina Sharkey, Workplace Health Coordinator and Clodagh McCann, HSEQ Officer, who are both qualified Mental Health First Aiders.
The session encouraged open conversations about mental wellbeing, highlighted available supports, and reminded our team that it’s okay to take a break, especially with a little treat in hand!
